“I am a graduate of Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Health and Fitness. I have been involved in the fitness world for almost 10 years. My areas of interest include weight management, strength, and functional training.  My philosophy on exercise and well-being is that exercise leads to self-confidence which in turn leads to a happier and healthier life filled with healthier choices. The belief that “exercise is medicine” is something I am a firm believer in. Exercise is the one prescription that can prevent and treat a number of disease states with an unlimited refill – getting people to buy-in and capture that awareness will be my number one priority.”

“I am a graduate of Alverno College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a degree in Professional Communication and Management. As a student at Alverno, I was very involved with the Athletic Department as an assistant in the Student Activities staff where I encouraged our students to get and stay active through a variety of activities on and off campus. My enjoyment for physical activity led me to run 5 half marathons and pursue certifications in a variety of Les Mills fitness programs. I enjoy bringing fun, energy, and excitement into the programs I create. As an ACSM-CPT, it is my goal to work with the purpose of movement. By focusing on my client’s abilities, we will establish goals that are attainable and that can be maintained. Self-care before health-care is a vital component to living your best life. I am excited to help you learn healthier habits that will lead to a happier lifestyle.”

NSCA-CPT | Exercise Specialist

“As a native of the beautiful Upper Peninsula, I love engaging in my surroundings and exploring the great outdoors. In 2012, I took my love for movement to Northwestern College in Orange City Iowa, where I competed in track and field, earned All-American Honors, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. As a collegiate athlete, as well as someone who is navigating the winding road of Type 1 Diabetes, my passion for guiding others towards a life without limits comes from personal experience. My goal is to empower others to take health into their own hands by adopting sustainable practices in diet, exercise, and well-being that support their personal goals, thus opening up the door to physical and mental vitality.”
